Bookings and deposits

Booking online reserves your spot and charges a deposit. The deposit is applied to your final balance, which is due at drop-off once your assessment confirms the right program and the final price.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Give us reasonable notice and your deposit moves with you to a new date. Deposits for no-shows or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited so we can cover the reserved slot.

Health and vaccinations

Current Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella records are required before any boarding or daycare stay. We may decline or end a stay if a dog shows signs of illness, for the safety of every dog in our care.

Behavior and safety

Please disclose any bite history or behavior concerns honestly when you book. We take on difficult cases — but we can only keep everyone safe if we know what we are working with. We reserve the right to decline or end a program where safety cannot be assured.

Results

We use humane, evidence-based methods and will always be straight with you about what is achievable. Training outcomes depend on the dog and on the follow-through at home, so specific results cannot be guaranteed.
