There is no doubt that Alex and his company iDog Academy is the best dog boarding and training service in Miami and quite possibly Florida. They know their stuff!!! We couldn't be happier with the experience we had at iDog Academy with Alex and his incredible team of trainers. Our dog stayed for three weeks of boarding and training, and the level of professionalism, care, and communication exceeded every expectation. One of the things that stood out most was the constant updates and video footage they sent throughout our dog's stay. Being away from your dog for that long can be difficult, but Alex and his team made it so much easier by regularly sharing videos, training progress, and updates. It gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing exactly how our dog was doing every step of the way. The quality of training was outstanding. It was obvious that the trainers genuinely care about the dogs and are passionate about what they do. The progress our dog made in just three weeks was remarkable, and the team took the time to explain everything and ensure we felt confident continuing the training at home. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, organized, and transparent.
